Clipdeck is a browser-based music production app. By using it you agree to these plain-English terms.
Everything you make in Clipdeck — songs, exports, presets, projects — is 100% yours, including for commercial release. No royalties, no attribution required.
The core app is free to use. Clipdeck Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks the finishing features listed at purchase; a Pro key is for one person's use across their own devices. Since keys work offline and can't be un-shared, purchases are refundable within 14 days if Pro doesn't do what its description says — write to the address below.
Projects live in your browser's storage. Browsers can clear storage — export your projects (Save to disk / .clipdeck.json) for anything you care about. Clipdeck is provided "as is" without warranty; to the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you paid for Pro.
Don't use Clipdeck to infringe others' rights (e.g. sampling audio you don't have rights to), and don't resell or redistribute Pro keys.
